    A BOOK ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ARMENIAN EMBASSY IN EGYPT WAS PRESENTED IN MFA

    YEREVAN

    YEREVAN, OCTOBER 22, ARMENPRESS: The presentation of outstanding
    intellectual, national, public figure Berdj Terzian book , on the
    establishment of Armenian Embassy in Egypt was launched in Ministry of
    Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. As Information and public
    relations department informed Armenpress, the book was dedicated to the
    origin of 20 year dating Armenian-Egyptian relations, particularly the
    establishment of Armenian Embassy in Egypt and its further successes.

    Edward Nalbandyan, the head of the Foreign Ministry came forth with a
    speech. Nalbandyan stated Terzian as Honorary Chairman of AGBU Cairo
    Chapter was not only the witness of establishment of Armenian Embassy
    has contributed his time and energy over the years to its subsequent
    operation, and reportedly he wants to utter words of gratitude to
    the author.

    Armenia's Foreign Ministry head underscored Armenian and Egyptian
    peoples have many centuries long and close relations with a traditional
    friendship and sympathy tested by the history.This book is a tribute
    to the Egyptian community, who have always been next to the Embassy,
    contributed to its activities. All community structures, jointly with
    Egyptian Armenians joined efforts to the establishment of Armenian
    Embassy.

    I had a number of opportunities to express my words of assessment to
    Egyptian Armenian unique community; we are related with the warmest
    memories. "Currently I would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Terzian, great
    benefactor Vard Alexanian and his wife and on behalf of them to all our
    compatriots living in Egypt" Minister Nalbandyan wrapped up his speech.
