Does anyone use a rewards system for SaaS users?

I’ve been thinking about ways to keep our SaaS users more active. Maybe some kind of points or rewards system could help. Has anyone actually tried something simple that makes a difference?

We started using Enable3 and it’s really simple. Took a few minutes to set up, and people started noticing the rewards. Users got more active and we had fewer people leaving. Works exactly like we needed. You can check it out here.
