Zhoghovurd: Armenia's president trying to persuade Russia's Putin to
withdraw Armenia's membership issue to EurAsEC from agenda

Citing its well-informed sources, the paper says Armenia's President
Serzh Sargsyan is trying to persuade Russian President Vladimir Putin,
through the USA, to withdraw the issue of Armenia's membership to the
EurAsEC from the agenda.

According to the circulating news, with this aim Sargsyan has brokered
the meeting between Armenia's Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and US
Vice President Joe Biden. The paper says it is not accidental that the
meeting with Biden was not on the agenda of the PM's working visit,
otherwise it would have been written in the government's press
release, or voiced many times.

The paper reminds that according to the agenda of the PM's working
visit he was to participate in the seminars in different US
universities and come up with lectures.
