Petrosyan saying that he is under home arrest, turned out to be
inconsistent, RA president's spokesman Viktor Soghomonyan said at
today's briefing. He recalled that L. Ter-Petrosyan, who has been
claiming, since March 1, that the authorities keep him under home
arrest, further arrived calmly to the session of the Constitutional
