ANKARA - State Minister and Deputy Premier Hayati Yazıcı visited
Surp Vartanants Church in Istanbul on Monday. Yazıcı held talks
with Aram Atesyan, the Turkish Armenian patriarchal archbishop and
chairman of the Religious Council.
"Political parties should not have any beliefs and they should create
an atmosphere where individuals can freely fulfill the requirements
of their beliefs," Yazıcı said.
