MATHEW BRYZA PLAYS THE ROLE OF A SABOTEUR IN NEGOTIATIONS

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ "NKR conflict negotiation process has entered upon
a new stage Armenian side is not ready for. Azerbaijan is to involve
other international institutions, specifically, UNO in negotiation
process," Bryusov Linguistic University Rector, politologist Suren
    Zolyan noted.

"We're concerned about the process for a number of reasons. One of
the reasons is that NKR, having a full right for self determination,
does not participate in negotiations." According to him, Azerbaijan
submitted a number of anti-Armenian resolutions to UNO, which could
lead to many negative consequences. "It's time we reminded the
international community about NKR's right for self determination,"
    Suren Zolyan emphasized.

Touching upon MG OSCE US Co-Chair, Mathew Bryza's recent statement,
the politosoligst stressed that Bryza's statements go beyond his
authority. "Issues raised by Bryza during negotioation process are
    a diversion," he said.

OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair Matthew Bryza never said that "Karabakh
    will be returned to Azerbaijan."

"I said that according to Minsk Group's proposals the territories
bordering on Karabakh will be step by step returned to Azerbaijan and
refugees will come back as well. The future of Karabakh is the subject
of talks. It will probably be a new political structure," Bryza stated.
