Baku - APA. The leading opposition parties of Turkey blame Erdogan
government for cooling of the relations with Azerbaijan, APA reports
quo ting Haberturk. Deputy Chairman of the Republican People's Party,
parliamentarian, former ambassador Onur Oymen said Azerbaijan's
protests were not taken into consideration in the processes.

"Before this protocols was signed, Azerbaijan signed a gas deal with
Russia, reduced the term of visa for Turkish citizens from 1 year to 3
months. They openly said "we are also taking these steps against you".

If it continues, our brotherhood will be damaged. One should think
over for whom it will be favorable. There is no promise given by
Armenia. Very wrong steps were taken. When Foreign Minister Davutoglu
met with us, Deniz Baykal said "Don't sign this protocol". But no
one listens to us. The government gives up the policy to which it
has been committed 17 years. Not known for what. They are pursuing
capitulating policy under pressures," he said.

Deputy chairman of the Nationalist Movement Party, parliamentarian,
former minister Cihan Pacaci said both Turkish and Azerbaijani
    governments made mistakes concerning flags.

"Banning and throwing Azerbaijan's flag in the match in Bursa is a
humiliation towards an independent state. The Azeris also lowered our
flag in the memorial to Turkish soldiers. Both are mistakes. It should
not be forgotten that such steps will damage both countries. President
and Prime Minister used to say that Azerbaijan was informed and
Azerbaijan expressed opinion while the protocols signed with Armenia
were being agreed. But it turned out that it was not so. It is wrong to
establish diplomatic relations with Armenia without taking Azerbaijan
    into consideration," he said.
