TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS OF CUSTOMS POINTS OF ARMENIAN-GEORGIAN STATE BORDER

YEREVAN
A committee was set up on the decision of today's governmental
session for implementation of construction works of customs points
of Armenian-Georgian state border.
"We will construct up-to-date customs points, which will include
all the services provided by the state. We must be able to provide
new-quality services and the important is that our projects correspond
to international best standards," the head of the government said.
The Prime Minister, expressed gratitude to the partners of the
European Union, as the projects have been worked out by means of the
grants provided by them, and noted that the Armenian President has
put an urgent task before the government to start the construction
works as son as possible and have up-to-date customs points," Tigran
Sargsyan assured.
The chairman of the committee was assigned to prepare tender packages
in 2-week terms and announce the tender. After the conduction of the
latter the results will be summed up in one week and will be submitted
to the Armenian government.
