THERE ARE "TOURISTS, IMMOVABLES" IN ARMENIA'S POLICE FORCE - POLICE CHIEF

YEREVAN. - The personnel changes at Armenia's Police Force are geared
toward making the activities more efficient, Police Chief Vladimir
Gasparyan told news reporters during a briefing on Thursday.

In his words, the Police Force currently has unnecessary and unduly
exaggerated positions and divisions, and an unnecessary and incorrectly
    distributed work activity.

"Now the Police Force is becoming more mobile, more vigorous. There
are personnel who are leaving because I believe they have depleted
themselves, and they agree with me. There are those who simply had
the status of a tourist; efficiency is zero; there were immovables,
    too," Armenia's Police Chief noted.
