PanARMENIAN.Net - ARF Dashnaktsutyun representative Armen Rustamyan
commented on Central Election Commission's decision to replace

    stamps.

As he noted, on May 5, Armenia's constitutional court refused to

of secret ballot principle behind the decision. `Having resolved
against vanishing ink stamps, the Central Election Commission has
violated the decision of the constitutional court,' ARFD
    representative said.

Dwelling on the activity of inter-party electoral headquarters,
Rustamyan noted, `without having as much resources as the government

    perform.'
