    ELITE PORN BUILDING

The sufferers of the elite housing building at the crossroad of Aram
and Abovyan streets once again outcry about their problem. These
people were evicted from their apartments for eminent domain. The
developer Avetis Karagulyan, a Syrian Armenian, has failed to finish
construction already lasting for years. Some former residents of the
demolished area are dissatisfied with the apartments they got and
sued the developer. The deceived citizens say thousands of Armenians
who worked and lived in their homeland for so many years are left
homeless by Avetis Karagulyan and other people like him.

Recently a certain U.S.-based Paul Anderson has revealed his "deeds".

As founder of Vizcon Ltd, he got a building license for construction
on Buzand Street in the result of a series of illegal actions. Note
that Paul Anderson recently stated that he had bribed City Hall
officials, indirectly and directly, particularly mentioning ex-mayor
Yervand Zakharyan and Karen Davtyan. Paul Anderson's partner was
Simon Aghazaryan who with Gagik Papoyan, head of Gapbnakshin Company,
currently detained, deceived the residents of the building at 72-82
Aram Street, selling the same apartment to several buyers and leaving
the real owner of the apartment homeless. The case involves several
high-ranking officials, namely Hovhannes Hovsepyan, the head of the
Control Service of the President's Office.

It is not a secret why porn stars like Anderson, as he refers to
himself, are imported to Armenia, the deceived citizens write in
their letter. His illegalities are not limited to bribes. He evicted
the citizens by force leaving thousands of people homeless. Avetis
Karagulyan also used the experience of Anderson.

Paul Anderson left home, the United States, without building the
building for the evicted residents of Buzand Street. In the meantime,
the city hall is looking for a new company to build the buildings
at 13-21 Buzand Street. The courts of Armenia are trying to bring
the fugitive Anderson to Armenia as a witness to the case brought
against Simon Aghazaryan. Meanwhile, Anderson regularly writes letters
revealing the activities of the authorities and courts of Armenia. In
one of his letters earlier this year he wrote that he will return to
Armenia only when the judges, prosecutors, president and his staff
    quit law and justice prostitution.

The residents of the building at the crossroad of Aram and Abovyan
streets say Avetis Karagulyan does not hide his connections with
different Armenian officials. Karagulyan posted on his Facebook wall
photos with ex-foreign minister Oskanian and defense minister Ohanyan.

"One of the main heroes, the president's brother Levon Sargsyan who
considers himself as Avetis Karagulyan's godfather is missing in his
    photos," the residents say.

Sedrak Baghdasaryan, the head of the NGO advocating the rights
of evicted citizens, says the contractors were selected without
transparent procurement procedures, most of them with the help of
the ex-mayor Yervand Zakharyan. Paul Anderson confirms that these
construction projects are means of money laundering, he says.

Similar cases have been reported in Kond and Firdusi residential areas.
