    Baku.Parvin Abbasov-APA. Azerbaijan was represented at the conference
    of heads of parliaments of the Council of Europe by Azerbaijani
    delegation headed by the Speaker of the Milli Majlis Ogtay Asadov,
    APA reports.

    The press service of the Azerbaijani Parliament reports that speaking
    at a meeting of the PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon expressed its
    position on the place in the world political and economic processes,
    ethnic conflicts, terrorism, etc.

    The conference also made by the Secretary General of the Council of
    Europe, Thorbjørn Jagland, head of the Committee of Ministers of the
    EU Josefina Topalli, President of the European Court of Human Rights
    Nicolas Bratz, etc.

    The head of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov, responding to
    the attacks by the speaker of the Armenian parliament, said that
    Armenia and its lobby and patrons of exaggerating the issue Safarov,
    intend to maintain the status quo in the Karabakh conflict.

    Asadov said that the extradition of Safarov was made in compliance with
    all national and international legal norms and principles. "I would
    like to note that the status quo is not acceptable. Exaggeration

    conflict", - he said.

    Speaker of the Milli Majlis said that pleased with the way the Armenian
    side closely monitoring website of the President of Azerbaijan. "But
