Russia and Armenia are sovereign states and are building relations
in the manner they consider proper, Russian Ambassador in Baku said.
Vladimir Dorokhin responded to media reports about Russia's arms sale
to Armenia, APA reported.
"Russia and Armenia are sovereign states and are establishing relations
in the manner they consider proper and basing on the algorithm in
line with the international law. Our military-technical cooperation
with Armenia is transparent. We report to the UN regarding all arms
sales," agency quotes Ambassador as saying.
