HYPOTHEC CREDITING PROGRAM ADOPTED IN NKR
In the course of a sitting held last Tuesday the Nagorno-Karabakh
Republic government adopted a hypothec crediting program.
According to the information DE FACTO got at the NKR government's
press service today, it is the first long-term program aimed at
improving the citizens' housing conditions and stimulating housing
construction in the Republic.
According to the program, the amount of the hypothec credit will make
up to 15 millions drams; however, it must not surpass 80 % of the
cost of the flat or that of an individual housing's construction. The
credit will be granted for a term up to 20 years at a year's rate of
6 %.
