DO NOT COMPARE KOCHARYAN WITH PUTIN, ADVISER SAYS
Garnik Isagulyan, president's adviser, said today it is not proper to
compare Kocharyan with Putin. Upon need, Kocharyan may meet with large
sectors of reporters himself, he said. Asked when will that need be,
Isagulyan said `Whenever the Armenian reporters are as established as
in Russia.'
`Kocharyan is Kocharyan and Putin is Putin,' the president's adviser
said.
