Derry City manager John Robertson has called on his players to repeat
their European exploits of last season when they take on FC Pyunik
of Armenia.
Robertson is aiming for a first leg lead and a clean sheet from
Wednesday's Champions League clash.
"Derry enjoyed huge success last year with wins over Gothenburg
and Gretna.
Our opponents will have taken note of that," said Robertson.
"If we can progress we play Shaktar Donesk which is a big incentive."
Robertson expects Derry to be close to full strength with Killian
Brennan, Pat McCourt and Ken Oman recovered from injuries.
Pyunik, champions of Armenia for the last six seasons, have eight
international players in their panel.
Striker Hamlet Mkhitaryan scored the goal when Armenia beat Poland
in a Euro 208 qualifier in June.
