TECHNO PARK TO BE CREATED IN GYUMRI

There will be a Techno Park in Gyumri, second town of Armenia, in
2008, Nerses Yeristyan, minister of trade and economic development,
told a parliamentary hearing on draft budget today. In his words,
80 million drams will be allocated to that aim. There will
be an engineering technology laboratory in the Techno Park for
students. "Young specialist can receive knowledge about management
here," the minister said.
A designer incubator is also planned to be built in addition to the
Techno Park in Gyumri. Yeristyan said that will boost light industry.
