On September 22 the new school of the village of Vank, Martakert, will
be dedicated, which was financed by Levon Hairapetyan, a Moscow-based
businessman. The benefactor says he does not lose by donating money
for the reconstruction of his native village because it is great
pleasure for him.
Currently a nursery school is being built. The nursery school is
financed by another native of the village Edward Ghulyan who has been
living in Moscow for 25 years now. Dr. Edward Aghabekyan is professor
at Plekhanov Academy. "Levon Hairapetyan infected us," said Edward
Ghulyan in an interview with the Public Television of Artsakh.
