ARAYIK HARUTIUNYAN WAS APPOINTED PRIME MINISTER

On September 17 NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed the appointment
of Arayik Harutiunyan as prime minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
According to the decree of the president, the prime minister must
nominate the cabinet within twenty days.
Bako Sahakyan instructed the prime minister to nominate the cabinet
as soon as possible. He said hopefully the new government will fulfill
the goals set before it, reach good results in the economy and social
affairs and shape a new style of government.
