Armenia's Defense Ministry spokesman refutes Azerbaijani mass media's reports

Artsrun Hovhannisyan, Spokesman for Armenia's Ministry of Defense,
regards as libel a report by the Azerbaijan-based APA News Agency.
According to the report, Ukraine has closed one more arms deal with Armenia.
`I refuse to comment on every libel,' he said.
According to the report, the seller, Ukraine, was to deliver the arms
to Tirana airport, Albania, and then give it to the buyer. Thereafter,
the Armenian company had to sell the arms to the United Arab Emirates
(UAE).
Recently there have been reports about alleged secret arms deals
between Armenia and Ukraine. Head of the Chie Intelligence
Directorate, Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, Major-General Sergei Gmyza
reportedly sent a letter to President Viktor Yanukovych explaining the
ways of alleged arms supplies to Armenia.
