POLICE ARREST MAN IN CONJUNCTION WITH EXPLODING BALLOONS

Armenian Police have arrested Serob Bozoyan in connection with the
balloon explosion incident that took place on May 4 during a Republican
Party campaign rally in Republic Square.
Police are charging Bozoyan with violating safety precautions that
led to the injury of scores of spectators at the rally.
Bozoyan, who signed a no flight affidavit, remains free at large
prior to his trial.
