    Russia

The Armenian Constitutional Court made a ruling on the opposition
Armenian National Congress claim on Thursday. The plaintiff demanded
the invalidation of the outcome of the parliamentary election held
    on May 6.

The court upheld the decision of the Central Elections Commission
of May 13, 2012, "On the Election of Armenian Parliament Deputies by
    the Proportionate System."

The Armenian National Congress is led by ex-Armenian President Leon
    Ter-Petrossian.

The Republican Party of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan gained 44.02%
of votes and formed the parliament majority. The Armenian National
Congress (a bloc of parties) had 7.08% of votes.

International election observers positively evaluated the ballot.
