6,000 HECTARES FROM ARMENIA'S KHOSROV RESERVE GIVEN TO OLIGARCH, ENVIRONMENTALISTS CLAIM

At a press conference on Wednesday environmentalist, lawyer Arthur
Grigoryan said the environmentalists have revealed regular violations
of officials after learning from the web site presenting Khosrov
reserve that the territory has been cut by 6,000 hectares.

"The web site says the reserve comprises of five territories - Garni,
Kaqavaberdm Urtsi, Khosrov, Khachasar - the total area of which makes
29,158 hectares. While the first page of the web site has omitted
Urtsi territory, saying the total area of the reserve makes 23,000
hectares. A question rises how did it happen? Who has withdrawn
    Ursti?" Grigoryan asked.

Arthur Grigoryan said they do not yet want to open the brackets
as they do not possess the full information but claimed that the
territory was not withdrawn without a purpose.

"The same territory called Urtsasar belongs to one of the oligarchs,"
Grigoryan claimed, without revealing the name of that oligarch yet.
