The Russian government approved a draft of the Russian-Armenian
protocol on deployment of a Russian military base in Armenia.
Russia's Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Foreign Affairs were
instructed to negotiate a relevant agreement with Armenia on signing
the protocol without essentially amending it.
